Maxfield Raynolds graduated in May 2005 from the Isenberg School of Management with a concentration in Operations Management. He was a recipient of a 21st Century Leaders Award from Chancellor Lombardi at Graduation.

Maxfield hails from Milton, Massachusetts and has previously worked as a supervisor at a retail video store, as a merchandiser, and as an entertainment entrepreneur.  In January 2004 he traveled to Ghana with a group of students from the Isenberg School of Management to teach basic business skills.

His non-academic interests include cooking, theater, martial arts, antique car restoration, playing guitar, and weightlifting.
